Your selection of Fraser Valley builders is always changing so it pays to do your homework. Sourcing and entrusting a team to build your custom home, should not be taken lightly. We have an established reputation of: premium quality homes, and exceeding our clients expectations.
We love building homes, period. Our spec homes are where we get to start with a clean slate. We fill it with our vision and include new design features and ideas that we’ve been excited to include in a new home. While “Spec Homes” may be defined as cookie cutter plans, we never build the same home twice. To us, Spec Homes mean getting the jump on a beautiful plan that we have ready to go. It’s only Spec because it hasn’t been seen by it’s new owner….yet.
We’ve built a few new homes in the Fraser Valley. We know what goes into the planning and design to bring them to completion. Over the years we kept track of the most commonly requested concepts to include in a home. From home size to spatial design features, we combine these ideas and generate a “Signature Series” of homes. We use these plans to get the creative juices flowing. Our Signature Series homes are intended to be a starting point for you to personalize your new home.
Custom homes are special but a common misconception is that these homes are always monster - estate like mansions. But it’s not how we look at it. Custom to us is better termed “Personalized”. While we have built the massive homes, we have also built personalized homes under 1500sf. It boils down to what is important to you. Our customer service expertise and team of professionals focusses on each home; Spec, Signature, or Personalized, with the same attention to quality and detail.
